US DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Orders within the US are shipped via ground services from major carriers and typically arrive within 3-7 business days after pickup. For faster delivery, we also offer a priority shipping option through major carriers, with packages arriving in 2-3 business days.

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, please note that we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates as we rely on the carrier for the shipping process. All orders include delivery confirmation, allowing you to track your package. Tracking information will be provided based on the details available from the carrier.

Please note that we are not responsible for packages lost or damaged during transit. Be sure to review your billing and shipping addresses carefully when placing your order to ensure accurate delivery, as packages cannot be rerouted once they are in transit. Standard shipping does not include insurance.

At present, THEORÓ products are available exclusively within the United States and are not offered internationally.
